At Salone del Mobile, I produced The Restaurant, a multi-sensory food installation and partnership between Caesarstone and British design icon Tom Dixon, inspired by the four elements: earth, wind, fire, and water.
Set in the stunning 18th-century Rotonda della Besana, Dixon's four pop-up kitchens were the centerpiece of Milan Design Week.
From scouting the location to overseeing construction of the kitchens, I produced every detail — including five VIP dinners and a 2,000-guest launch party that made Milan nightlife history. The installation topped Wallpaper*'s lists and earned global acclaim from The New York Times, Architectural Digest, and more.
